Terms and Conditions – 779bet: Platform Usage Rules

Registering on 779bet is personal and non-transferable. Creating an account for another person's use is strictly prohibited, even for a family member or acquaintance. Each CPF may be linked to only one active account on the platform. Opening multiple accounts constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances and bonuses.

By registering, the user confirms that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date. The 779bet may, at any time, request additional documentation to verify the accuracy of registered information. Refusing to provide the requested documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

2 User Account

2.1 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials on 779bet — including login credentials, password, and any other authentication details. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must contact 779bet via email at suporte@779bet.click or through our live chat, available 24 hours a day.

A 779bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's own negligence, including voluntarily sharing passwords or using shared devices without adequate care.

2.2 Registration Details

Users must keep their registration details up to date at all times, including email address, mobile phone number, and Pix key for withdrawals. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing or make it harder to recover account access if it is lost. Changes to sensitive data, such as CPF and date of birth, may require additional validation by the 779bet.

2.3 One Account per User

Each user may hold only one active account on 779bet. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same CPF, IP address, device, or banking details, all identified accounts will be blocked and all associated balances and bonuses will be cancelled, regardless of who placed the bets or made the deposits.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

4 Betting – General Rules

Bets placed on 779bet are subject to the following general rules, applicable to all available sports — including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), UFC/MMA, basketball (NBB), tennis, volleyball, e-sports, and all other sports covered by the platform:

• The minimum amount per single bet is R$ 2.00;
• Once confirmed by the user, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, except in cases where the cash out feature is available;
• The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the valid odds, regardless of any subsequent changes;
• Bets placed after the official start of an event are considered invalid and will be cancelled with a full refund of the staked amount;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all related bets will be cancelled and the amounts refunded to the user's balance;
• In accumulators where one event is cancelled, that event is removed and the bet slip remains valid with the remaining selections and recalculated odds.

4.1 Cash Out

The cash out feature allows the user to settle a bet before the event ends, accepting the amount displayed at the time of the request. The cash out value reflects current odds and may be higher or lower than the original stake. The 779bet does not guarantee the availability of cash out for all bets or at all times — availability may vary by event, market, and time.

4.2 Invalid Bets

A 779bet reserves the right to void bets in the following cases: obvious odds errors (technical or human errors resulting in odds significantly outside the market), bets placed by accounts suspected of fraud or manipulation, and bets that violate these rules. Voided bets have their stake returned to the user's balance.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

A 779bet regularly offers bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. The use of any bonus is subject to compliance with the specific terms of each offer, published on the platform at the time of launch. The general rules that apply to all bonuses at 779bet are:

5.1 Rollover Requirement

Every bonus granted by 779bet is subject to a rollover requirement (also known as a wagering requirement or turnover), which defines how many times the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit, as specified — must be wagered before the corresponding balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The minimum requirement is 5x (five times) the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.

5.2 Validity Period
